Bar Paly is a Russian-born Israeli model and actress. Paly was born in the Ural Mountains, Russian SFSR. She moved to Israel when she was seven and was raised in Tel Aviv. Paly began a career in modeling at the age of 17. In 2003, she began her career as an actress appearing in a variety of roles for both film and television. Paly has appeared in TV�s How I Met Your Mother, The Starter Wife, and the 2008 horror film The Ruins.

"Thank you so much for the compliment. I don't take any supplements. I prefer to take my vitamins the natural way, though a diverse diet. The best way to insure you do that is by making sure your daily menu is as colorful as possible. The different color fruits and vegetables provide different vitamins and nutrients, so a variety is important".

"I also always put on sunblock even in the winter, to protect my skin from the sun damage. Today there are so many great self tanners and alternatives to sun tanning. My go to is St. Tropez Bronzing Mousse. I also make sure to exfoliate my skin a lot. Recently I found a great trick and started washing my face with a natural sea sponge. It's naturally antibacterial without any harmful chemicals, and it's gently exfoliates the skin to get rid of the dead skin cells and keep the skin smooth and glowing. For my hair I do a coconut oil mask. I use regular coconut oil that you can buy at any supermarket. It does wonders to the split ends and it smells like you're on a vacation!"

"I must admit that after I switched to Vegetarianism, my skin & hair became healthier & improved so much. I maintain my skin by saturating it in natural lotions & avoid baking long hours in the sun &/or tanning beds. I do love a sweet sun kissed tan, so I use tanning solutions in place of actual suntanning. Anyone who has ever had platinum blonde hair knows how high maintenance it can be".

"I've managed to maintain it by eating a handle of blueberries a day. Seriously! The amount of vitamin C in this particular fruit helps stimulate circulation to the scalp with makes for healthier hair. Coconut oil has also been a complete Godsend. Once a week before bed, I wrap up my hair in natural coconut oil, then wash it out the next morning. It's made my hair soft, silky, & smooth".

"I have a very sensitive skin. Traveling all the time and having make-up everyday doesn't help. I'm trying to drink at least 2 liters of water per day, and I always have Caudalie water spray ( made of organic grapes ) as well as my HydraQuench Cream from Clarins and Skinceuticals eye balm. After couple of years working in the industry I know that it is always better to have your own products that fit your skin. About my hair, I use the Redken Blonde Glam Shampoo, it gives a beautiful texture and brightness to my hair, and the magical Leonor Greyl oil as a treatment".
