Top 20 Models from around the Planet reveal their Skin, Hair Care and Beauty Secrets

Women Fitness President Namita Nayyar had the privilege to interview world leading models who revealed their skin and hair secrets to her. We bring the treasure compilation of their beauty secrets for the benefit of our readers.
 

Miranda Kerr from Australia

Miranda Kerr is an Australian model. Kerr rose to prominence in 2007 as one of the Victoria's Secret Angels. She is the first Australian to participate in the Victoria's Secret campaign and also represented the Australian up-market department store chain David Jones. Kerr has launched her own brand of organic skincare products, KORA Organics, and wrote a self-help book.

Kerr is rated to be one of the sexiest women in the world. Models.com ranks her number 4 on the Top 20 sexiest models. She has been ranked in FHM's '100 Sexiest Women' poll at No. 56 in 2009, No. 36 in 2010, No. 44 in 2011, No. 51 in 2012, No. 56 in 2013 and No. 48 in 2014. Kerr was named one of the "100 Hottest Women of All-Time" by Men's Health beating the likes of Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly and Sophia Loren.[5 She was named "Sexiest Woman Alive 2012" by Esquire UK. She has also regularly ranked on AskMen's list of Top 99 Women coming in at No. 19 in 2008, No. 46 in 2009, No. 10 in 2010, No. 5 in 2011, No. 25 in 2012, No. 6 in 2013 and No. 46 in 2014.

Irina Shayk from Russia

Irina Shayk sometimes credited as Irina Sheik is a Russian model and actress known for her appearances in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue between 2007 and 2015. She was the cover model for the 2011 issue.

Shayk was the cover model for the 2011 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. This is the fifth time she has been featured in the magazine, but the first time she has been on the cover. She is the first Russian to appear on the cover. Shayk became the face of swim label Luli Fama's 2011 advertising campaign and lookbook. She also appears in the John John Denim ad campaign. In 2011 she covered magazines such as Tatler Russia, Twelv, Cosmopolitan Spain, GQ Mexico Glamour Spain, Amica Italy and appeared on the covered of Elle Spain the special edition for Christmas. She also worked for many brands like Rampage, replacing Bar Refaeli, Replay and XTI. She currently ranks 14th in the "Top 20 Sexiest Models" list on Models.com. The same year she was voted "Sexiest Woman In The World" in the Hungarian magazine Periodika.

In 2012 she covered Esquire UK, Harper's Bazaar Arabia and Ukraine, Marie Claire Ukraine,Spain and Russia, GQ Germany, Glamour Russia and appeared on 14 Cosmopolitan spring covers worldwide. Shayk featured several times in Harper's Bazaar US. She featured for the second time in CR fashion book issue 3. In September, she covered Allure Russia. She was also the cover model of Vogue Spain, landing her first Vogue cover photographed by Giampaolo Sgura.

Irina has received many international awards: Best International Model 2010 by Glamour Spain, Marie Claire Prix de la Moda Awards 2011, GQ Mexico Woman of the Year 2011, Glamour Russia Model of the Year 2012, Russian Heritage Festival award 2012 by Michael Bloomberg, Glamour Russia Woman of the Year 2014 .

In 2012 Irina was a host of Russia's Next Top Model television franchise Top-Model po-russki. Irina was a part of the opening ceremony of Winter Olympic Games in Sochi 2014 - she was leading the Russian delegation during the parade of athletes. Irina is currently working with Russian charity organization Pomogi.org helping children and families in need, in her homeland.

"Since I travel so much I try to clean and refresh my skin at list 2 or 3 times a day ! I moisturize it with my favorite cream from Avon ! Once a week I make a coconut oil mask and I always to drink a lot of water and green tea. When I am in NY once a week I go to Russian banya (steam room), it works great for my skin. I don't do facials � my skin doesn�t need it. With my hair I am using masks (my favorite one is coconut oil mask) and I try to avoid hair dryer when I can".
 

Joanna Krupa from Poland

Joanna Krupa is a Polish American model and actress. She is best known for her appearances on the reality television shows Dancing with the Stars, Poland's Next Top Model and The Real Housewives of Miami.

Krupa was born in Warsaw, Poland and was raised Roman Catholic. She has a younger sister, Marta, also a model. Joanna moved to Illinois, United States, with her family at the age of five. Krupa appeared as Jane Goody in the action film Max Havoc: Curse of the Dragon. Krupa has appeared on magazine covers including Envy, FHM, Personal, Inside Sport, Stuff, Steppin' Out, Teeze, Shape and Maxim, in which she was named the Sexiest Swimsuit Model in the World. Maxim named her #55 in its 2011 Hot 100 ranking of the world's hottest women. She was voted German Maxim's Model of the Year 2004�2005. Krupa has also appeared twice on the cover of Playboy. Krupa has also been a lingerie model for Frederick's of Hollywood. She was a Miss Howard TV model for the month of December 2007.
