What is your motivation to take a multi-faceted personality of a fitness model, professional bikini competitor, personal trainer and nutritional expert ?
Ms. Zhanna Striano:
Yes I am a professional bikini competitor. I always been an active person that’s why I enjoy having different jobs. I am an entrepreneur – I am one of the owners of the restaurant, I do fitness modelling, catwalk, little acting, kickboxing. We should always keep ourselves busy, learn new skills, develop our abilities, be active and enjoy life.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Zhanna Striano:
Thank you for the compliment. To keep skin clean and shiny I do facials at beauty salon and use Guinot skin care products at home. During competition prep because of strict diet, lack of vitamins and intense training your immune system and hair become weaker, you might even loose your period for couple months. That’s why it is important to take vitamins. For hair I would recommend Viviscal, Nutrafol or Nioxin. Also L’occitane has great shampoos and products to indulge your body.

Fitness modelling is about bold photo shoots. What advice you wish to give to the women of today to be body confident in order to do such bold modeling?
Ms. Zhanna Striano:
My advice would be simple : you were working so hard in the gym, you were sweating, you were pushing yourself to the limits now show them what you got! Be confident in yourself!
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding professional figure competitor girls and fitness models who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to ladder of success in field of professional figure competitions and in fitness modelling?
Ms. Zhanna Striano:
Hard work and dedication are really important in achieving any goal. Moreover believe in yourself, don’t give up and step by step move to your goal. I would also recommend not to go crazy with dieting on preparation period. Increase your cardio, do High Intensity interval training ( HIIT) but don’t exclude complex carbs from your ratio. The amount of complex carbs that you can have during your prep time depends on your metabolism.
