Type of yoga: Start with yoga guided by one of Yoga on the Lake’s teachers – who brings a different expertise including vinyasa, ashtanga, barre, hot yoga fusion, gentle yoga, and yin.
Yoga on the Lake is the only facility in a 50-mile radius of Kohler to offer both unheated and heated class environments with the addition of the dedicated Hot Yoga studio. This detoxifying yoga practice is performed in a studio at a temperature between 95-105 degrees and promotes mindfulness, flexibility, strength, muscle tone and general fitness.

The Village is conveniently situated two-thirds mile west of Interstate 43 in east central Wisconsin, and transportation from airports in nearby cities are available. Kohler is located one hour north of Milwaukee (60 miles), one hour south of Green Bay (60 miles) and two hours north of Chicago (140 miles).
