It’s hard but for now I’m focusing on my job as a climate presenter, I take advantage of my free time by doing other activities. Balance is very important, I always make it a priority to feel good about myself and by doing that I can make the ones I love happy and do my best in my work.

It’s definitely been a long process that required a lot of discipline but it was worth it.
- Believe you can achieve it
- Work hard every day and do something
- Take care of diet as it is very important
- Rest and being hydrated
- Squats really helped me to reach my goals

Healthy eating and nutrition go hand in hand with exercise. What foods comprise your daily diet to stay healthy and physically fit? Enlist your meal pattern to maintain an attractive figure?

Diet is 70% of the goal. It depends in each one’s metabolism and objectives, that’s why it is important to see a health professional, I recommend to include in your diet proteins, carbs and vegetables.
