I can
not seem to get rid of my mid section! I am 35 yrs old, 5
ft.3, 127 lbs, and according to my fitness expert I have
only 19% body fat. Which is probably all my stomach. I
walk, but not consistently. And I just joined a gym
"again". Over all I am in good shape. Except for my
stomach. Does anyone have any advice on just how long it
will take for me to loose it! And what other methods are
out there for me to loose it.

Ladies, I'm Taneisha Moore and I'm 19 years old. I'm in my
last semester of my Sophomore year in College... I felt I
gained weight when I went to College, the College 15 felt
more like the college 20 because I'm pretty sure that's
how much weight I gained when I was there my first year.
The Teachers would give us breaks and we'd go raid the
vending machines lot but that's how I gained my weight
eating out of the vending machines all that candy and pop
and chips now I only drink a Pop once a day and I drink
Green Tea also to keep my weight down. I'm trying to loose
weight for my Church Anniversary Banquet that is May 13th
do ya'll think I can do it because I'm really motivated
that i can achieve this with your help

Hello! I
am a 22-year old female, weigh about 137 and am 6'1". I am
very thin for my build and am happy with my weight. I
don't normally work out, but I am interested in a fitness
and diet plan that will help me maintain my build and let
me lead a healthier lifestyle without exhausting me. I eat
out a lot and am always eating fast food. I never seem to
be full and want to snack all the time. I'm looking for
some foods that will satisfy me more. I also have a
trouble area on my body that I would like to work on, my
lower back. This seems to be the only place that is very
fatty and not easy to tone. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

I am 52 years old, have been
over weight since having children starting at 17 years
old. I need to lose 100lbs. and I need to lose abdominal
fat, actually fat all over and tone, but I am apple shaped
and really need help with my stomach. I am diabetic and
know this contributes to my diabetes, any help I could get

I have
changed my diet so that I eat very well. I do intense
cardio and strength every other day. yet, I have not seen
one change in my body. I am beginning to think all my food
sacrifice is for nothing. am I correct? I'm not really
interested in losing weight, all I want to do is TONE my
more jiggly spots. can I hold off on my diet a little bit
if all I want to do is TONE?? My diet is kind of
depressing to me and I need to know if its even worth it.

sit on the floor and do some sit-ups. I want to lose that
flab, I really want to but I just cant get myself to do

Hi
everybody, I just was looking for some ideas or someone to
relate to. I am 29 have 2 beautiful kids (2&4 yrs. old) I
am 5'7" and 140lbs. I have been trying for 2 years (after
baby) to get back to 130lbs. AUGGG! Not having much luck
as I am addicted to chocolate. I do workout about 4X
week, on my elliptical (precor) I am looking at purchasing
a bowflex but stumbled across the wider platinum home gym
which has a computerized trainer built in! It looks
really cool, and its half the price as the bowflex. Is
anyone here around 30 and doing some weights? Hopefully
somebody can help me out thanks for reading!

anything heavy. My question is that I have very fat arms
due to which i cannot wear sleeveless clothes. Please tell

I am a young mother, I have
a 6 and 2 year old Childs. I can not seem to get rid of my
belly fat from pregnancy. It is gross, it just hangs there
and the minute I eat anything it blows up and I look like
I did when I was 4 months pregnant. I am only about 5 feet
and I way around 115lbs. I don't over eat I just need some
kind of work out plan or something, I don't have a lot of

I am having trouble loosing
weight on my lower stomach, butt, and upper thigh regions.
I have already lost most of my weight going from 185-155,
but it seems I have reached a plateau and cannot get rid
of these stubborn areas. I eat lots of lean protein, only
have complex carbs, eat dark, leafy vegetables, eat fruit,
not a lot of cheese, NO white sugar, or flower...I use the
treadmill about 50 minutes a day or more, every other day
I do free-weights for my arms, I do stomach exercises on
equipment I have here, as well as leg exercises. I also
work out with an exercise ball. What more can I possibly
do to get this extra flab off??? please help me out here
