Charlotte Di Calypso Reveal her Workout
I am spending most of my time between Paris and NY. In NY I am going to Kula Yoga in Tribeca. I love the teachers, the atmosphere and it really helps me to connect my mind and body together. I used to hate yoga though, but trust me it is worth to try !! It is amazing the benefits it does to yourself. I also go to SLT in Soho, to focus more on my abs hips and butt…
In Paris, I live right by the Quai de Seine, where I do 30-40 min of run and 15-20 of stronger cardio ( exercises ). I also bike a lot to go to my appointments, something that I would never do in NY, I am too scared ! Traffic is insane isn’t it ?? 🙂
Charlotte Di Calypso Reveal her Diet
I am from the coast , so I love fish , seafood etc.. But I also love bread and cheese (as a good “frenchie”). So my advice is to eat a little bit of everything to keep your body and your mind happy !!
Charlotte Di Calypso Reveal her Beauty Secrets
I have a very sensitive skin. Traveling all the time and having make-up everyday doesn’t help. I’m trying to drink at least 2 liters of water per day, and I always have Caudalie water spray ( made of organic grapes ) as well as my HydraQuench Cream from Clarins and Skinceuticals eye balm. After couple of years working in the industry I know that it is always better to have your own products that fit your skin. About my hair, I use the Redken Blonde Glam Shampoo, it gives a beautiful texture and brightness to my hair, and the magical Leonor Greyl oil as a treatment.
