Introduce us to a day in your life. How do you like to kick start your day?
Tilda Jönsson:
My day usually starts with a cup of tea and a breakfast that will give me a lot of energy. I also always have a cup of coffee in the morning. Depending on how busy my day is going to be or where I am in the world, I try my best to squeeze in a workout in the morning or I go to my castings for that day.

Five exercises that comprise your fitness regime?
Tilda Jönsson:
I keep it pretty simple and do a lot of bodyweight exercises. So my top five are plank, crunches, push-ups, lunges, and squats.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some specific diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit? Foods you keep at a distance.
Tilda Jönsson:
I always try to eat a healthy and varied diet with plenty of vegetables and I try to not eat junk food that often.
