I really enjoy this site! Keep up the good work. I’m looking for sites that don’t emphasize weight loss too much. I’m fortunate to not have to diet to maintain my weight, but find it a bit frustrating that a lot of the sites around are for people who are not at their ideal weight. It’s hard to get new information, workouts, etc., nutrition when you’re bottom line or goals are not the same as a person dieting for weight loss.

Just a note to let you know that I am impressed with your program after 3 weeks thus far. I have worked with 5 different trainers over a long period of time, and exercised regularly 5 times per week, but I was never instructed to do exercise in the order you prescribed. I am amazed at how exercising in a certain sequence and eating more foods in the proper combinations can make such an unbelievable difference.
