I am so amazed about how WF has changed. The inspirational section was so on target! I love the fact that today we are able to talk about our creator, openly. The story I read today was lovely! God created all of us and sent his son to pay the penalty for our sins and to purchase a place in heaven for us. Thank you for the menu plan, I’m sure if I follow it this just might work for me, Thank you for all your help, this e-mail was perfect timing I just left a clothing store in tears because I did not like what I saw in the mirror, the last time I was this big, I was pregnant and that was 16 years ago, but at least I had a reason to be bigger, but on a good not my children (3) were all good size babies over lbs.. each.

I’m doing fine on this program. I’m not loosing much weight, but more inches. It really shows. I’m very motivated, occasionally, I do want to eat a forbidden type of food, so I do eat a tbsp or so, maybe once a week, e.g-apple pie (a tbsp) or ice-cream, choc.cake… I try to then get in 20 mins of extra workout the next day to make up for the mini binge on an average, I’m in control.
