How has your weight loss journey been? What were the milestones that you had to overcome?
Terry Davis:
My weight loss journey has been amazing once I got use to eating low carb. My first milestone was not eating all the junk foods I was used to eating. I chose Atkins because it was the easiest lifestyle to stay with and see real results.
Women Fitness:

Terry Davis:
My fitness included 4 hours per day in the pool and walking.
Women Fitness:
In a typical day, what do you take for breakfast-lunch-dinner? And what are your go-to healthy snacks?
Terry Davis:
In a typical day I eat for breakfast would be sausage and eggs or bacon and eggs and cup of coffee. Lunch would usually be tuna-fish in lettuce wrap or cheeseburgers no bun with lots of water. Dinner would be steak, deviled eggs and side salad or any protein with a side salad or veggie. My healthy go-to snack will be avocado with mayonnaise and Italian dressing or sugar free JELLO and I love eating Atkins meal bars to help especially with my sweet tooth…it’s great knowing we can have such wonderful food and snacks and still lose weight without all the sugar.
