I would not classify what I do food wise during the season as a diet, I am a little more cautious of what I consume and don’t over indulge on processed and high sugar food. Itis more of a lifestyle than diet.

Teahna Daniels:
When it comes to hair care, I try to keep my hair in protective styles, such as braids but I think I’m ready to venture into wearing wigs and other styles. As for skincare, it isgeneral. I have my face wash, serum, toner, and moisturizer routine in the morning, after training, and before I go to bed.
