Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You are leading women crossover singer, songwriter, film, television & stage actress, a dancer, gay rights activist and a mother. How you are able to manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional, multi-faceted lifestyle?
Ms. Taylor Dayne:
It sounds so big, But really I get up everyday and look over my calendar and plan my day, my shows, my events, my career. Now more then ever I try and enjoy conversations and meeting people more fully. Giving more of myself when I perform and knowing that it is good when I perform live, in that 90 min energy is moving around that room that I can shape and shift and move. Its very special for me and the audience. Very powerful.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Tell us your views about taking hormones, anti aging medication and lifestyle changes, on being a single mother and about fertility in view of raising children through surrogacy?
Ms. Taylor Dayne:
I have many many thoughts on these topics. I am personally on hormone therapy and have had fertility and used a surrogate, I personally have found incredible gifts in all of the above. My 13 year old twins, the ability to have them even then as a single mother. The last 3 -4 years the great changes and body transformations I’ve had because of being on HRT therapies. I’ve feel very blessed.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
In September 2014 you internationally released a new single called “Dreaming”. Elaborate abot this song of yours?
Ms. Taylor Dayne:
I was ready to put out new music at least a single. Let the fans know I’m working, shake my ass, make a video 🙂
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine that you may wish to share?
Ms. Taylor Dayne:
Always run, jog or hike. I live for a great, uncrowded trail, hills too. And old fashioned circuit training, weight training gives your body definition and I live in saunas.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit. Specially with regard to your throat?
Ms. Taylor Dayne:
My No.# 1 remedy for maintaining my voice is SLEEP. Without it I’m nothing, all my friends, family and kids know, I have to shut it down. It’s my quiet time to build back up, my voice, my spirit and my body.
