Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make it look so stunning?
Ms. Stacey Hayes:
Thank you! Eating healthy, exercising and taking care of oneself is so important ! I believe very much in wheatgrass I have 2 ounces a day 7 days a week chased by an organic banana to start my day… I have been doing this since I was 18! It’s 70% chlorophyll and wonderful for my skin and hair and overall health. I’ve also been using organic coconut oil for many years as a pre-shampoo treatment. I also take natural collagen tablets, organic Turmeric, Fish and flaxseed oils.
I end my night with a freshly made organic kale, spinach, beat, ginger juice topped with Cayanne pepper.. It’s Filled with so many nutrients that benefits my entire body along with my skin, nails and hair. I’m also a believer in alkaline water and drink it all day long.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have been featured in top magazines like Playboy, Stuff, Maxim, FHM and Kandy. Give us your Top 3 Tips to give your best shot in a magazine photoshoot.
Ms. Stacey Hayes:
Definitely got to get a spray tan! I never tan in the sun it’s too aging and damaging for the skin, I only use self tanner to get a nice Golden glow and cover up imperfections.
Since most of the shoots are very body-conscious I try my best to prepare by drinking as much water as possible eating watermelon to try and beat any potential bloat and always go into it with a confident positive attitude. It’s very important to have strong personal body confidence knowing that no one is perfect, everyone has flaws but you just put your best forward, feel good about yourself and project that.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have also been featured as a guest on “The Tonight Show,” “The Roseanne Show” and “Later”. How has your experience been?
Ms. Stacey Hayes:
Being that I did stand up comedy for a few years I was scouted at one point to go on the Tonight Show… I was very excited at the time! All of those shows were a great experience. Once you have done stand up comedy live, you kind of feel like you can do almost anything! LOL.
