Barbara L. Grant, MS, RDN, CSO, is the outpatient oncology dietitian nutritionist at the Saint Alphonsus Cancer Care Center in Boise, Idaho. She has more than 35 years of experience in cancer nutrition and is a Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition.
