After struggling with years of obesity and the health issues that came with it, David Colombo, writer of such books as Ketogenic Diet for Beginners and Keto Bread, had adapted a rigorously healthy lifestyle and exploring various dietary regimes throughout his journey.
David has since become very passionate about helping others on their own journey to a prosperous life and good health. He is particularly devoted to the latest phenomenon of the Ketogenic Diet, which is currently helping more and more practitioners lose weight through a healthy balance of targeted exercise and well balanced nutrition.
A resident of the United States, David holds a degree in Human Biology and Nutritional Sciences. He plans to pen more books about the Keto and other diets.
