Meg Cline has been coaching people through the process of losing weight and overcoming emotional eating for over a decade. She has worked as a wellness coach for a Fortune 100 company, a weight loss coach for a National Institute of Health-funded research study at Wake Forest University and as a personal trainer. She received her Master’s in Health Science from Johns Hopkins University and completed her coaching training through IPEC coaching, an ICF accredited program. She lives in Winston-Salem, NC with her husband and son.
