While playing professional sports, athletes often face injuries and other difficulties, would you like to share tips on how to cope and make a comeback after an injury?
Selina Wagner:
As I’ve said, I’ve been badly injured twice during my career. It was not easy but I’ve always tried to convince myself that I cannot change the situation and have to deal with it. I’ve tried to do that as good as possible. Positive thoughts and people that helped me made me come back stronger.

Selina Wagner:
It’s always a good thing to get inspired by others to make your life better and healthier. I really like the mix between articles about celebrities and role models on your website on the one hand and general fitness information on the other hand.
A professional athlete has other needs for nutrition and training than a model for example so I think it’s a good thing to inspire people with a wide range of useful information from different point of views.
