Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Who has been your greatest influencer and motivator in your success in the field of your career in competitive professional golf ?
Ms. Ryann O’Toole:
I think Tiger Woods has been my motivator and influencer throughout my journey. He works harder than anyone I know on the course and in the gym. He brought the athletic edge to men’s golf and I believe is the reason men’s golf is so highly recognized today! I only hope that I can be an influence to women’s golf like he was to men’s.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have done bold photo shoots. What advice you wish to give to the women of today to be body confident in order to do such bold modeling?
Ms. Ryann O’Toole:
I guess I never thought of my photo shoots as bold. I work hard in the gym, I eat right and I treat my body as if it is a temple. I think everyone should cherish the body they were given. I am lucky to be blessed with great genes, and I know many have to work much harder than I do. However, everyone has to work harder than others at something in life.
You just have to make it a priority, how bad do you want it? I want people to see women golfers as athletes. I want them to see how hard we work, and how much effort we put forth. I am proud of the shape I am in. I am an athlete and pride myself on my strength and speed. I like seeing people’s reactions when they ask me what sport I play. When I respond “I’m a golfer,” it gives me great join to know I’ve changed their perspective on what “golfers” should look like.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:
What you wish to say about the website Womenfitness.net and message for its visitors?
Ms. Ryann O’Toole:
To all those who follow this website, already you are doing something right. You’re taking action of your life and health in a positive direction by reading what other women do to stay healthy and in shape! Living a healthy lifestyle is by far the best thing you can do for yourself. Be active, eat right, rest, avoid stress and laugh! Life is not that simple I know, trust me I was stressed and tired this morning on my “day off” going from San Francisco to Dallas.
However, later today I will get a good workout in, get my endorphins pumping, get a good sweat, and to top it off I booked a massage to end the night. I have learned the only way to keep going strong is to listen to your body and treat your body like a temple. There are two things that need to stay healthy, your body and your mind. Learn to listen to both and I hope I’ve help give some good ideas as to how I make mine physically strong and keep mine going mentally strong!
