Rocío Guirao Díaz (Spanish pronunciation: [roˈsi.o ɣiˈɾao ˈði.as]; born on 27 June 1984 in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine fashion model. From 2007 onwards she has been active in number of TV programs, plays and theatre artist along with being a model. She is married and mother of three kids.

You an Argentine fashion model and an actress. Share with us how did modelling happen to you, was it accidental or your desire to be one?

I approached the world of fashion accidentally, at age 14 the owner of a modeling agency found me walking through a shopping mall and offered to make me a book from that moment my career was shot, it’s been 20 years.

You have been married to Nicolás Paladini, a director and have been together for 11 years & have three kids. How do you go about balancing your work and family life?

Since I became a mother my secret to combine my motherhood and my work is the “organization”. My children have their routines and schedules, and I try not to change that, my jobs adapt to my mother’s routine, since my children are my priority

Women fear weight gain during and post pregnancy which they find challenging to shed off? How did you go about losing post pregnancy weight to maintain a lean physique?
Rocio Diaz
During my pregnancy I strived to eat healthy but honestly as one must increase food intake, in each pregnancy I gained 20 kilos. After having my babies, I got high start on a cardio and aerobic exercise routine that helped me lose weight. Also decreasing the amount of food, I eat h helped me normalize my routine
