A sponge cake has no fat in it, served with a chocolate custard prepared with skimmed milk makes it a low calorie desert.Ingredients

2 egg chocolate sponge cake a few black grapes - cut into halves
Chocolate Custard

2 cups skimmed milk

2.5 tbsp corn flour

4 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp cocoa
Instructions

Dissolve corn flour & cocoa in 1/2 cup in milk.

Heat 1.5 cups of milk with sugar in a small heavy bottomed pan. When it boils, add the corn flour & cocoa mixture stirring continuously.

Boil for 3-4 minutes on medium flame, stirring continuously, till thick. Cool. Add essence.

Crumple the chocolate cake slightly to break it into small bits.

Spread half of the cake in a serving dish.

Pour half of the hot custard over it.

Sprinkle half of the grapes.

Again spread some bits of cake. Pour the left over custard. Set in the fridge.

When cold, sprinkle some grapes. Serve.
