Ingredients
- 3/8 cup Italian dressing low cal
- 3/4 Tablespoon Mustard Dijon
- 3/4 cup Broccoli, 1 cup
- 3/4 cup Cucumber, 1 cup slices
- 3/4 medium Pepper yellow, 1 medium
- 15 small Tomatoes cherry
- 9/16 cup Carrots sliced, 1 cup
- 1-1/2 Tablespoons Parsley fresh

Diagonally slice carrots. Cut yellow pepper into strips.

Mix dressing and mustard.

Pour over combined remaining ingredients; cover. Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.
To make ahead: Prepare as directed except for adding tomatoes; cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Stir in tomatoes just before serving.
