Ingredients

Cantaloupe 1 large (or other melon or fruit) cut into small cubes (4-6 cups)

White grape juice 1/3 cup

Honey 2 Tbs. , or to taste

Juice of 3 limes, or to taste

Sliced fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
DRESSING:
- Extra-virgin olive oil 4 teaspoons
- Red wine vinegar 2 teaspoon
- Asian chili sauce 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1/4 teaspoon
- Red onion 1/2 small , very thinly sliced
Instructions
- Combine dressing ingredients in a medium bowl. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss well to coat. Serve at room temperature.
