Born in a small town in England called Eastbourne, Rebecca came to California in 2011 to get her commercial pilot’s license. Always participated in sports since young age and was a South of England Field Hockey player; She was also the sports captain , high school for the netball, soccer, and track teams. Even after earning a pilot’s license, She discovered her true passion in fitness and started helping others to improve their lives through living a healthy, active lifestyle.
She has embraced the concept that optimal wellness is based on 20% fitness and 80% nutrition. Mindset and the power of the positive thinking is a big part of who she has become and she aims to inspire women to believe in themselves, to see that anything is possible when you choose to believe it, and that the only limitations you have are the ones that you put on yourself. You are one of the most popular fitness influencer, what attracted you towards fitness and make it your career of choice?
Rebecca Louise
I was fed up at starting at machines at the gym and having no idea how to use them! There is a time, around 10 seconds when you have looked at a piece of equipment in the gym to figure out what to do with it when it just becomes awkward. I had sent enough time at the gym without seeing results and something had to change. I look online for workout videos and found that at home I could actually get results. I always had a love for hosting and felt I could motivate people at home to workout and break them free from the uncertainty of the machines at the gym!
