Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up with Rea Vidovic , an exceptionally talented Serbian Model and social media influencer, who talks about her workout, diet and beauty secrets.
Namita Nayyar:
Tell us about where you were born and grew up? Where you had your early education and training in glamour modeling. You have a world-class portfolio on your Instagram page. Tell us more about this journey of hard work, tenacity, and endurance?
Rea Vidovic:
I grew up in Belgrade, the capital city of Serbia. At a young age I started to play the piano and I played it extraordinary well and because of that I got my first child theatre role. Step by step I got also some roles to play. I would say that this chapter of my life was so important, I had to learn to be patient and to accept a no, and no it’s not enough. This made me definitely more determined and made me who I am today.
Namita Nayyar:
You are an upcoming media personality, model, and Instagram star. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Rea Vidovic:
By living my life the best way I can. Whatever I do, I do with passion and love and I don´t want to wake up in 20 years from now on and be disappointed by the things I didn’t do.
Namita Nayyar:
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Rea Vidovic:
I try to exercise 3-4 times a week for 45 minutes, to have a flat belly and a big butt.
- 15 min I am running to get warm
- 5 min I am doing jumping squats
- 5 min single leg squats
- 5 min donkey kicks
- 5 min Glute and hamstring extension
- 5 min mountain climbers
- 5 min skipping
Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Rea Vidovic:
No, I am just drinking a lot of water and try to eat healthy, except Sunday, Sunday is cheat day.
