What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?
Rania Pugholm:
My exercise is never the same. I try to vary the exercises as much as possible. I generally follow a program that is focused on weights training for the larger muscle groups (legs is my absolute favourite) combined with high intensity circuit training and cardio days.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Rania Pugholm:
Actually I stopped doing diets all together as I don’t think they really deliver the results long term. Instead I am pretty focused on eating healthy and with clean produce. I typically eat often and smaller portions, and yes I do eat the occasional chocolate or cookie – but I dont eat lots of it, and only a little every time. Over time I have found that this approach keeps my weight balanced while still having the fuel needed to train hard.
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Rania Pugholm:
I am a big fan of Korean face mask as skin treatment, while for day to day, I use the Dior skincare products. For hair, I am lucky to be sponsored by GH Hair Professional, and I cannot recommend them enough. I have tried a number of different brands over time, but this is clearly the best.
