Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Rachael Finch:
I enjoy eating healthy, well-balanced meals on a day to day basis with the occasional treat (I love chocolate!) I don’t believe in ‘dieting’ and I think bio-individuality is extremely important – one person’s food is another person’s poison. I eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruit, whole grains, fish, nuts and seeds and organic whenever possible. I always listen to my body and ensure I’m getting lots of variety. I also try to avoid any processed food and limit my sugar intake.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hairs. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hairs to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Rachael Finch:
Thank you! I believe great skin and hair starts from within. When I drink lots of fresh water, eat healthily, sleep well and meditate I find my hair, skin and nails are at their best. I cleanse and moisturise morning and night and get a beautiful treatment in my hair after a colour. My skin and hair regime is on my blog www.rachaelfinch.com. I believe pampering ourselves regularly is a part of a healthy lifestyle.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You gave birth to your daughter in September 2013 and had exceptional post pregnancy recovery to appear in awesome abs and toned body. Share your secret to such a remarkable achievement?
Ms. Rachael Finch:
For me pregnancy was a time, more than ever, to focus on my health and well-being. I stretched every day, did lots of swimming, ate fresh food and got regular massage treatments. After Violet was born I gave my body time to recover than slowly got back into training. Being aware of my core day-to-day was priority, even walking around the house I would focus on keeping it engaged to build strength. I do physical activities that I love which makes it fun.
