What is your role with the Hollywood Arts Council?
Patti Negri:
Nonprofit and charity work has always been an important part of my life. I am on the executive board of the Hollywood Arts Council. We support all the arts in Hollywood. Dance, Theater, Fine Arts and more. Upcoming and professional artists alike. Our main program is Project S.O.A.R. where we bring art classes, taught by professional artists, into our local elementary schools – who due to budget cuts have no art programs at all. I truly believe that art changes everything. Yes, dance and acting classes, photography, painting and sculpting classes offered free to children improves their learning ability in math, science and English! I saw first hand our local elementary school – go from a poorly rated school in in testing and academics to an official “school of excellence” in just two years – and in large part due to bringing in these art classes. The kids get confidence, self-worth and truly do soar!
Namita Nayyar:
You do it all! If you could choose only one vocation what would it be?
Patti Negri:
Oh my! Just do one thing? I can’t imagine! BUT, If I HAVE to choose one thing, it would be a big arena to teach and empower people. Whether on TV or live events – a place where I can personally help people to bring out their own best – and live a joyful and magical life!

What final thoughts would you like to share with our readers?
Patti Negri:
To me it is all about Awareness… Awareness, Intent and Conscious Creation. Let’s live our life “Awake”. Which is very different than a life lived on “auto pilot”, “phoned in” or “asleep at the wheel”! Who has the power? YOU do! (If not… who or what have you given it away to?) Be the master or your universe. Be the architect of your own life. You DO have the power! Choose to live a magical life every day! Everything is energy. Create the shift, open the door, enhance the opportunity, see a new perception to move forward in the direction you want with a bit more grace, ease and enjoyment as you manifest the life you want!
