Namita Nayyar:
What exercises do you include in your fitness regime or workouts that you might want to share?
Oleksandra Starynets:
Every day I hold a plank, and I also love stretching, because I think the flexibility of the muscles allows you to withstand long loads, such as walking in heels for a long time. Do not forget to drink a lot of water while doing this.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you follow a special diet or strictly stick to the menu to stay physically healthy?
Oleksandra Starynets:
I always follow my diet: I do not eat fried and fatty food and do not drink cow’s milk. I love seafood as well as fresh vegetables and fruit. The ability to cook well by myself helps me in my travels.
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and great hair. Share your hair and skin care guidelines with us.
Oleksandra Starynets:
Taking care of my skin and hair daily is also a pleasure for me. Good face skin is very important for a model. I had a lot of beauty shoots and jewellery brands advertising, where not only good face skin is needed, but also well-groomed hands. I have long fingers which looks good in the frame.
I drink a lot of water, as I said, and eat fresh fruit. But this is not enough, because the skin gets clogged from frequent makeup. Therefore, first of all, it must be cleaning! Masks, scrubs, creams are obligatory. Hair is a separate activity. I like to apply masks to my hair or just coconut oil and aloe juice. My hair has a radiant sheen, so I worked for Garnier.

You have been selected to appear on the cover of the October 2020 special issue of Gmaro Magazine. Tell us more about your work experience with the mentioned magazine.
Oleksandra Starynets:
In September I graced the cover of the English glossy magazine Fig Jam and in October I was featured on the cover of the Parisian edition of Gmaro Magazine. They are amazing emotions and hard work! Not everything is as simple and easy as you see on the finished cover. But it is also an invaluable experience! I am grateful to fate for this.
