Nicole Moneer: Exceptionally Talented and Highly Accomplished IFBB Bikini Pro and Fitness Model Reveals her Workout, Diet and Beauty Secrets
Nicole Moneer is an exceptionally talented and highly
accomplished IFBB Bikini Pro, Fitness Model and a Fitness Trainer.
She is in conversation with Namita Nayyar President Women Fitness.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You started dancing when you were 4 years of
age and continued with it in high school and college poms. After
graduation you were with World Champion Chicago Bull's as
Cheerleader and later auditioned for The Bally Total Fitness
Performance Team and was inspired to compete in fitness
competitions. You reached the pinnacle of success by winning many
professional fitness and bikini competitions including standing 1st
at 2009 Ms. Bikini Classic Universe Championship. Tell us about your
journey that took you to the the world of fitness and as a winner in
Professional Fitness and Bikini competitions?
Ms. Nicole Moneer: I have been on stage all of my life. It is
something I am very passionate about. I started competing in 2001
and retired in 2013. I always believed in myself. I was scared, like
everyone else. I never let fear get in the way of my dreams and
goals. I lost more competitions than I won and that is what makes a
champion. I never quit until I reached my goals. I made it to the
top of the sport as an IFBB Bikini Pro and Olympian, competing
internationally as well. Things didn't always go my way. The
competition is fierce, it made me work harder and become a better
athlete and person all-around.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: How has your experience and background of
many years in dancing, as a cheerleader and winner at Professional
Fitness and Bikini competitions coupled with your educational
qualification of a NASM personal trainer and Chek Holistic Lifestyle
Coach helped you in carving your present profession of being a
personal trainer, fitness model and retired IFBB bikini competitor?
Ms. Nicole Moneer: I am grateful for everything I have
accomplished. I would not be where I am today without any of it,
even the difficult times. Each experience led me to the next one. I
have traveled the world representing bodybuilding.com and the IFBB.
Many dream of this and I did it. I have been in every major national
fitness publication, in fitness infomercials and commercials,
something else many dream of adding to their resumes. For over a
decade I have worked with clients at LifeTime Fitness, coaching them
on changing their life for the better, along with reaching their
health, fitness and personal goals. Every experience has been very
rewarding.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Share your exercise routine that you do to
maintain such a bikini perfect physique?
Ms. Nicole Moneer: #forktomouthcurls I am being completely
serious. Now as a mother of a 1 year old, I spend most of my time
with my son. I workout with weights 2x a week. I do not do cardio. I
teach Pilates Reformer and take hot yoga when I get a free hour,
which is very rare. Nutrition is king! Change your plate and you
will change your physique and your health! Weight training 4-5x a
week for over a decade and eating clean 98% of the time is how I
built my bikini physique. Ladies and gents, muscle takes time to
build, so be patient and stick with it. Diets do not last, I promote
lifestyles, hence being a Chek Holistic Lifestyle Coach.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What is your diet? Do you take a particular
fixed regulated diet comprising of nutrients and vitamins to keep
you in perfect health?
Ms. Nicole Moneer: Variety is key to avoid building up food
allergies or intolerance's, plus you give you body more vitamins and
minerals. I eat 4-6 meals a day, foods from the land and sea. I also
make sure to get in all macros at every meal, especially, healthy
fats. Most people do not eat enough healthy fat, nor do they get a
good variety in. I work with clients on nutrition programs, if
interested head to my website.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: What is your motivation to take a
multi-faceted personality of a fitness model, professional bikini
and fitness competitor, personal trainer, athlete and Chek Holistic
Lifestyle Coach?
Ms. Nicole Moneer: I enjoy everything about bettering myself and
educating others to do the same as well. It's a healthy lifestyle
that has become a good habit. I am fortunate to say that I also do
it for a living.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do
you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing
and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Nicole Moneer: Thank you I could kiss you. I take care of
myself. I read ingredient labels even in skin and hair care
products. I use oils, like coconut, almond and jojoba on my skin. I
use natural soaps and shampoos, flouride-free toothpaste and natural
deodorant. What we put in and on our body does matter. Nutrition is
also very important for skin and hair health. Get a variety of foods
in, especially, healthy fats. Avoid dead processed foods, otherwise
your hair and skin will look dead and processed.
