Ms. Monica Monroe: Time management is key. Knowing the value of every hour and making the most of it allows for a balanced life filled with photo shoots, working out, and time spent with family.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Ms. Monica Monroe: I have a personal trainer that comes to my home gym to train me three times a week. We mainly focus on legs, butt, arms, and abs. On my own, I do about thirty minutes on abs and run ten miles a day about five days a week.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Monica Monroe: I do not have a special or strict diet. I just try to make healthy choices on a daily basis. I tend to eat mostly vegetables, fruits, and fish.
