Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have been featured in popular magazines like Loaded, Zoo, Nuts and Maxim. What motivated you to transform into a model from a network administrator?
Ms. Rhian Sugden:
I did actually love my job as network admin. I was good at it and felt very content. I think the problem was I was too content. I didn’t have any ambitions and I feared the unknown. I massively lacked in confidence. I held myself like a person that lacked confidence too.. skulking around, saying nothing and minding my own business. My boyfriend at the time thought it would be a nice idea to help boost my confidence and paid for me to have a set of professional pics taken. Make up done, hair done. The works. From that I just tried my luck one day and emailed Samantha Bond – which, at the time, was one of the country’s leading “glamour” agencies and miraculously I got signed up.
From then on my confidence sky rocketed and I finally found happiness in myself which I didn’t have before.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You are a world-leading media personality and model. Provide us a glimpse into a day of your remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Ms. Rhian Sugden:
A day in the like of Rhian. Hmm, well I will tell you it isn’t as interesting as you might think. When I am not working it is usually spent with my Mum who is one of my best friends and we go dog walking or shopping. I’m a bit of a secret nerd and love gaming and I have no shame in admitting I am addicted to GTA on the Playstation. I live with my hubs-to-be and we try and get to the gym every day and counteract that by eating out most evenings. Apart from that my multi-dimensional lifestyle is just like anyone elses.
If I am working it is normally in London or abroad somewhere so it mainly consists of ridiculously early mornings travelling up and down the country, getting glammed up for a shoot and then travelling back home resembling some kind of dishevelled drag queen haha.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Being a model, you need to maintain a lean & Healthy physique. Unfold the exercises that comprise your fitness regime on a daily basis? State your 5 favourite ab exercises?
Ms. Rhian Sugden:
Getting out of bed has to be one of them? No seriously, I am trying to focus more on my core at the minute so…
Number 1 – would have to be the Plank.
Number 2 – Plank knee to elbow.
Number 3 – Lying down leg raise.
Number 4 – Russian Twists – these hurt!
Number 5 – Glute bridge march
