Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Milanya Maria:
My diet is somewhat strict depending on your perspective. I try to eat food in its most natural form and stay away from overly processed and preserved foods. To me, my diet has become my lifestyle, so I actually always crave healthy foods. I would so much rather have a salad then a pizza, so I think that preference is what keeps me healthy and physically fit.
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make it look so stunning?
Milanya Maria:
I take care of my skin and hair by taking vitamins, getting facials regularly, and swapping out my beauty products frequently. When I constantly change the beauty products I used, such as cleansers and shampoos, I have found that my hair and skin never gets used to the same product. So they work like the first time all the time.

You have been the body paint model for Hugh Heffner’s New Year’s Eve private party at the Playboy Mansion. Share with us your experience about this opportunity?
Milanya Maria:
Being a body paint model for Hugh Heffner’s New Year’s Eve Party was my very first gig that I landed when I moved to Los Angeles. Funny looking back on it now because I have been to the Playboy Mansion for many amazing events since then, but that very first time was the most exciting. I remember talking to the rock to open the gate, walking up the driveway, and seeing the mansion for the first time. To be able to work for a Playboy event I had only ever seen on TV before was pretty crazy.
