Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Michele Levesque:
It is not super strict but strict enough. I allow myself carbs before and after training and something at diner. But the rest of my meals consist of veggies and protein or a protein shake. I can eat meatloaf- but a low fat version. So I try to make my diet fun , bring in some food thatIi like but always eat a low carb, low fat version. For example if I crave a burger, I would do a lettuce wrap burger.

Ms. Michele Levesque:
Skin routine is a lot of attention and work! The older I get the more obsessed I am with my skin. I have tried laser, chemical peels, because I had a few sun spots and I wanted to clear up my complexion, and it worked. I was very pleased with the results and I do botox. But all theses methods won’t do anything if you don’t have the proper skin care at home. I wash my face every night. I use oil on my face before bed, just a little because I tend to have dry skin.
I also use retinol, during the day I always use a sunscreen. Even if I don’t have plans to go out. I use a good moisturizer and Vitamin C serum. I am very religious about my skin care regiment. My creams follows me everywhere when I am traveling. Also drinking a lot of water and having a healthy diet helps with skin complexion.
As I also get older, I am going to keep doing watever I need to do to keep my skin young and to keep promoting collagen. I am not into “altering ” my face with injections, but I am into keeping my skin young. SO if I have to do laser 3 times a year, I will !
For my hair, blonde hair is hard to keep shiny- I have pretty dark hair but I’ve been blonde forever. I use shampoos and conditioners that have no sulfate and chemicals and use coconut oil 1x a week as a conditioner.

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding fitness trainers who all are your fans, they shall like to know from you, what they should do for their climb to the ladder of success?
Ms. Michele Levesque:
If you are looking to succeed in the fitness industry- have a plan and try to be different. We are in a social media era. I feel it is easy but hard to be fitness famous. You can “cheat” or do it the right way and build a real fan base. You have to maintain that fan base and try to grow it by presenting something others don’t have. You will have to work very hard and provide content on a daily basis to your fans ! Make connections, do research , be inspired but never be a copy cat ! And with consistency- you will succeed.
