How do you like to train your body? 3 fantabulous exercises for legs, abs & upper body?

I like to do a lot of carb cycling. Especially when it’s crunch time, my body reacts really well to it. Also of course pushing heavy weight for the mass. Burpees, mountain climbers and sprints.
Namita Nayyar:
When and what do you have for dinner? And on weekends or cheat days?
Mel G.:
I usually don’t have a set time, just as long as I get all my meals in. Dinner depends on what day it is. Most likely a piece of grilled chicken with hot sauce on the side lol and some greens of any kind. I try to be consistent till Saturday. Then Sunday’s I just eat things I’ve been craving in the week. I still do my cardio though in the am before my extravaganza!

What is your skin and hair care routine after a sweaty workout?
Mel G.:
I go straight to the shower and do the norm. Regular face wash and regular full shower.

Mel G.:
I love Lululemon & Adidas.
