Talking of Irina Shayk, she received international recognition when she appeared in the prestigious Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue 2011. Her primary focus is use of body weight. She adds “I love to do Pilates! My teacher Andrea is the best in the world! I do Pilates machines work out. I think that movement is life, and if you don’t have the possibility to go to the gym, you can just walk around the city.”
Talking of food “Of course you have to be careful with fast food and cakes but I would say if you can’t go without this food you’d better eat it before 6pm and try to burn it during the day! I never eat and go to bed straight after.” Irina ends up with, I am not a model who eats one yogurt a day and doesn’t eat on set! I am a regular women who enjoys cakes but I remember I have to pay for it in a gym. Coming down to inspiration she adds, Never pay attention to the negative things other people say about you and your work.

She also appeared on the 2016 Love Magazine’s advent annual video recreating Sharon Stone’s iconic “Basic Instinct.” This year she has made it again to the top 100 Maxim list. She is a regular with cardio and weights. Talking about her meals to Women Fitness she adds “I eat very clean and healthy. I believe in a balanced diet , where you can eat everything in moderation!
