What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Marija Čitaković:
I like to work my legs the most when I train, running too. When I train, it’s usually exercises with a lower load and higher repetitions. The emphasis is on femininity.
Namita Nayyar:
How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.
Marija Čitaković:
Honestly, genetics help me a lot, but for the stomach, just as much classic abs 🙂 I do about 200 reps in the abdominal exercise.
Namita Nayyar:
Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Marija Čitaković:
I try to eat healthy, but I think that moderation is the most important thing, and listen to your body, if you feel like eating something, eat it, but be moderate about it.
Namita Nayyar:
Five foods you absolutely love and five you keep to a minimum.
Marija Čitaković:
Food I Love: Chicken, milk, bananas, tomatoes and cheese.
Foods I avoid: I don’t eat sandwiches, burgers, pasta, pizza and dough.
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.
Marija Čitaković:
In my opinion, the most important thing is hygiene and maintenance of facial hygiene. Then high-quality face cosmetics and high-quality make-up. Drink plenty of fluids and stay away from the sun.
