It’s a great book for the girl on the go who wants to take control of her diet and life by cooking for herself without compromising time, healthiness or quality. My Mom is a professional cook, my grandfather was a chef on Greece so cooking is in the genes. My Mom had as little time as I do yet found a way to make the healthiest meals. We share them all in the book.
