What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

I have my own workouts since I am a personal Trainer and fitness coach.
I always start with a 10 min warm-up on a treadmill. In case there is no gym that I can use I have my own 10 min full body workout which includes a lot of cardio and is an absolutely fat burner: https://youtu.be/4CjLgSnqNkA
I train mostly my whole body every day to maintain my figure.

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Maren Tschinkel:
Yes I try to eat less fat and focus on lots of healthy carbs (for example oats), fruits and vegetables.
But I try to have a good balance in life and of course I also eat an ice-cream for desert or chips while I am watching a movie.
Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.
Maren Tschinkel:
I use a lot of good oils on my skin before I go to bed. This helps against dry skin and I wake up with a glow on my face the next morning.
For my hair I use shampoos with Argan oil. This is a miracle cure for them!
