Lydia Rose Bright : Exceptionally Talented Actress Reveals her Workout, Diet and Beauty Secrets

Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a
strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically
fit?
Ms. Lydia Rose Bright: Yea, usually I do have quite a
healthy lifestyle, and I try to stick to that so I don't really
tend to eat dairy so instead of milk I use soy milk or coconut
milk or almond milk. When I eat with creamy sauces and stuff, I
tend to use again soy cream or only cooking sauces and generally
I just try to eat very healthy so I try to have protein for
breakfast so I usually have eggs, I don't really eat white bread
and when it comes to lunch and stuff, I do have carbs but again
like I have brown rice or rice noodles or some proteins so I try
and have very little fat, high proteins and carbs like brown
breads and rice and vegetables as well.
I don't eat a lot of fruits just because I don't tend to have
many sweet things in my diet. Again I'm not like overly strict,
that I won't have a McDonald's or a take away, you know, I eat
everything in a moderation, I do allow myself one cheat meal a
week but I do have snacks every now and then as well. So I just
try to as healthy and as physically fit as possible.
