Lydia Rose Bright : Exceptionally Talented Actress Reveals her Workout, Diet and Beauty Secrets

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are world leading media personality,
model, actress, reality TV star, Style Icon and a brand
ambassador. How you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional
lifestyle?
Ms. Lydia Rose Bright: So, yea I do manage it and my days
are always quite jam-packed and I'm one of these people that if
I'm not working I get really upset so I really enjoy what I do
and I love being busy. I think part of being able to do
everything so well is having good people around you and I own my
boutique with my sister and that's really good because she's a
good person to kind of go hand-in-hand with me and somebody I
can trust and have a fantastic management when it comes to
managing my TV career. Yea so I think it's all about having good
people around you and not being afraid to do a little bit of
hard work. I'm not afraid of it and I really enjoy everything
that I do.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: What exercises comprise your fitness
regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Ms. Lydia Rose Bright: So at the moment I'm not T-training
very hard because soon I'm embarking on a 450 kilometers bike
ride around South-East Asia. So at the moment my fitness regime
is mainly cycle and spins classes. So that's mainly what I am
doing at the moment, but apart from that when I am not training
for the bike ride, I like to do a bit of cardio and then a bit
of weight training. My cardio, I normally do step machines, I
just kind of change the levels and I try to do quite long on
that. Also I do vi-bro machines as well and again I change the
levels and stuff so it's more of interval training so I do that
really short but of really high intensity and then I bring it
down. I like doing some weight training as well so I do all
types to train my legs, my back and my arms using weights and
machinery.
