- Circuit 1: Squat, heel taps, alternating lunge
- Circuit 2: Glute bridge, hands to elbow plank, high knees
- Circuit 3: Squat with 3 pulses, mountain climbers, press ups.

I enjoy every meal I have but if I had to choose 1 it would be my dinner – Right now it’s jerk chicken, Caribbean rice & peas, sweetcorn, cheesy coleslaw & tomatoes.

Top three healthy snack options? One diet/health secret you would like to share?
Lisa Lanceford:
Protein whip, homemade hummus & pita, fruit & nut with yoghurt. There is no secret! Healthy nutritious foods, exercise and being consistent is what’s going to help you lose weight or build muscle! Also don’t tell yourself it’s a diet! I dislike that word. It’s a lifestyle change with balance that is sustainable.
