Namita Nayyar:
A healthy morning ritual that you follow? One thing you are proud of yourself about?
Lisa Lanceford:
I do a 1 hour walk every morning. It helps with my mindset for the day and I think about everything I am grateful for. It’s so calm, quiet and peaceful and it gets my mind going for the day. Always practise gratitude and always appreciate the little things in life.
? it’s the little things that make a big difference
One thing you are proud of yourself about? That I have built up an incredible strong community of women from every walk of life and have been able to help thousands of women change their mindsets through fitness and training. I am just a normal girl who is actually quite reserved, so to be here today amazes me! 🙂
Namita Nayyar:
You have spoken about how weight training helped transform your body. Share more about the change?
Lisa Lanceford:
Weight training allowed me to gain healthy weight and build curves I didn’t have before. It helped me gain strength physically but more importantly mentally.
Namita Nayyar:
Share the best part of being a fitness influencer?
Lisa Lanceford:
To be able to help influence people around the world, to live a healthy lifestyle, change their mindsets and become the best versions of themselves. Watching them grow in confidence, self love and strength on their journeys is so incredibly inspiring and the most rewarding feeling ever!
Namita Nayyar:
What exercises are an integral part of your workout routine? Five must-do morning stretches?
Lisa Lanceford:
I train in a push/legs/pull/legs/ training split. Pigeon stretch, hurdler stretch, quads kneeling stretch, cat/cow pose, standing side bend.
