I train my abs twice a week for just… 6 minutes! 1 minute crunches followed by a 1 minute plank, repeat that 3 times for a total of just 6 minutes.

Well I’m no dermatologist but I have learned a thing or two in my personal experience as well as from the help of professionals! As for 5 skincare myths, I would say: Young people can’t get skin cancer, you only need to wear sunscreen if you’re older and/or in direct sunlight, expensive skincare products are the best, natural remedies are always safe, and drinking water directly reduces acne (not necessarily true, although hydration does help improve skin all around).
My advice? ALWAYS wear sunscreen, seek professional help when choosing skincare products regardless of the price, avoid natural remedies without doing your research, and drink your water for hydrated skin from within!
