What exercises is an integral part of your workout routine? Five must-do mornings stretches?

I love training Muay Thai. I stretch mostly my legs and back each morning to start off the day: Backbends, forward fold, forward fold in straddle, lunges, downward dog.

Introduce us to your brand Kazbands? Share more input.
Kaz Crossley:
I started Kazbands as soon as I left the villa. It was something I was passionate about and I wanted to introduce a different kind of hair band that you couldn’t find anywhere else of the market. If someone is wearing a kazbands you will able to tell straight away! It’s versatile through every season.

Your meal before and after a workout? The secret to a slim torso and sexy built.
Kaz Crossley:
As much protein as possible- I love eating boiled eggs as a snack. After I love to keep it clean with a chicken salad.
I eat clean I love eating at my vegan restaurant at the top of my road where I normally get a salad and quinoa with vegetable curry. I don’t usually tend to eat after 6pm.

Favorite meal of the day? What food would you call a meal of the day? Supplements you advocate.
Kaz Crossley:
My fave meal is breakfast, it starts my day off and I would never skip it and it normally consist of egg, avocado and toast! In many differentiations.
