What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
Karla Denize:
My exercises are 90% focused on my glutes! I train my upper body only once every 15 days, and my glutes 3 times a week! I start my routine with squats 4×15, and then do a circuit of 3 exercises in a row. (Sumo squat, Glute Bridges and Lunges) 4×10 of each.

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Karla Denize:
My diet is balanced; I do not consume gluten, lactose, sugar and fruits. I eat a lot of meat, fish and chicken, and like many vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, spinach, in short, all green vegetables.) I also use a lot of supplementation, such as Whey Protein and BCAA.

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.
Karla Denize:
Yes, I really take care of this aesthetic part of me. I use a lot of collagen, hiarulonic acid, anti-wrinkle creams, and I always use a good shampoo and conditioner for my hair. I’m not a big fan of going to hairdressers, so I take care of everything myself.
