Share your workout during quarantine?
Joy Corrigan:
My workout during quarantine includes mainly cardio, yoga, and stretching. I try to start with a 30min jog/walk in the mornings, and then I will finish the day with some yoga and stretching.

What motivated you to become an actress?
Joy Corrigan:
Ever since I was a child, my siblings and I would perform skits and plays for our friends and parents. Acting has always been a part of me and a huge passion of mine. In more recent years, I started taking many different acting classes with talented teachers and fellow students.
Seeing how much I could learn and improve through training has ultimately encouraged me to take the step and fully pursue my dream to be an actress as a career.

Social media is instrumental in today’s era. How has it served you well?
Joy Corrigan:
I’m happy I started making an effort to prioritize social media at the same time it began to skyrocket. Social media has really helped me to optimize my reach and voice to my friends and fans. I’m incredibly grateful to have this platform, and I think that my career would be different without it.
Social media is an instrumental part of this industry, where any artist can showcase their image, lifestyle, and personality, through photos and videos. I have also noticed that clients gravitate towards booking models and actresses, whose Instagram accounts align with the company’s overall image and values.
