What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share? Tell us also about your fitness program “21 day fat burn”?
Ms. Josie Gibson:
I wanted a DVD that did it all so 21 day fat burn has it all speed, strength, endurance, and even a fitness test to measure how far you have come. I presented and designed these routines and its a massive fat burner with loads of different body weight exercise’s to help you get a really nice shape.

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit. Also tell us about your “Josie Cave Man Diet”?
Ms. Josie Gibson:
I do indeed, unfortunately I am not a natural fit or thin bird I really have to work at it. It’s in my genetics to be big. I eat a natural diet of which you can find more details in my new book (love food stay slim). It’s the best decision Ive ever made. I don’t eat any processed rubbish I know everything I put into my body and I love my diet because its not a diet its my way of life.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hairs. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hairs to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Josie Gibson:
(Laughing Out Loud) Thank you very much. I have had microdermabrasion a few times of which I love and I love dermalogica Oil cleaner. Other than that I get plenty of vitamins and minerals through a really healthy balanced diet.
