Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare and skincare routine.
Ms. Jeanette Jenkins:
I don’t do anything special for my hair other than keep it very well conditioned. My skin regimen is also very basic and I use suncreen every day. My hair and skin are always in their best condition when I am eating healthy, drinking water and I notice an extra glow in my skin when I drink “Beet, Carrot, Apple, Lemon, Ginger” juice also known as the liver cleanse. The vitamin A in the Carrots are great for the skin and several nutrients and flavonoids from the beets are also great for the skin and blood flow.

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding fitness trainers who all are your fans, they shall like to know from you, what they should do for their climb to ladder of success in field of fitness?
Ms. Jeanette Jenkins:
I believe success is finding what you love to do and finding a way to service it to others and enjoying the journey. There is no end destination but instead a journey of several experiences that you can grow and learn from all while helping others along the way. Most trainers are already extremely successful but may need to change their perspective on how they define success.
My advice to any trainer is to remember that training is a service that you provide to help improve the quality of life of your clients. The service you provide is not about you, it’s about your client. The more you focus on servicing your client and creating solutions for your clients through effective programs then the more your clients will refer you for additional business and the more lives you will change. Your success is always connected to your service.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
You have worked with celebrities including P!nk, Alicia Keys, Tia Mowry, (Beyonce’s Mom) Tina Lawson, Amber Rose, Tracee Ellis Ross, Nia Long, Chris Bosh, Kelly Rowland, Serena Williams, Shonda Rhimes, Shawn Johnson, and many more. Would you like to share with us your experience training these top celebrities?
Ms. Jeanette Jenkins:
Every client is a unique individual with their own set of goals and health parameters. The biggest difference with celebrities vs. non-celebrity clients is that if you do not deliver results and help them achieve their goals then they have access to the best of the best so they will quickly replace you. So the best experience I can share to any trainer or professional is do a great job, work hard, listen to your clients needs and goals and create a program that delivers.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:
Who has been your greatest influence and motivator in your success in the field of fitness?
Ms. Jeanette Jenkins:
My greatest influence and motivator is God. I love fitness because it gives me the ability to add positivity to someone’s life. Exercise is an incredible gift and it’s free, you can move your body on the spot and in 5-10 min your body will start releasing endorphins and your mood will begin to change and when you are finished you always feel better than when you started.
Exercise decreases the risk of every illness from heart disease to cancer, improves your self-esteem, improves your brain function, increases your energy level, improves your hormonal regulation, helps your skin glow and so much more. You would think everyone would exercise but according to the CDC only 20% of the US population exercise on a regular basis and over 60% of the country is either overweight or obese. So my greatest motivator is God and my purpose is to inspire and motivate as many people as I can to enjoy the benefits of healthy living.
