Ms. Namita Nayyar: Tell us about your endeavor TV series “Operation: Drive By” a TV and web reality series?
Ms. Izzie Merey: The whole series has its backbone based on my fans. It is a classic car documentary which will bring what would otherwise be a typical car program to a whole new audience and demographic. The uniques aspect of my series is that there is a surprise twist which nobody will ever see coming. I’m very excited about the series and can’t wait to share my experiences with the world.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You do hiking and horseback riding to remain fit. What other exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you shall like to share?
Ms. Izzie Merey: I do! I also take spin cycle at my gym twice a week as it’s the best all around cardio workout there is, while focusing on the legs. I get to have fun, keep the weight off and keep my legs lean at the same time. So much fun!
Ms. Namita Nayyar: Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
Ms. Izzie Merey: I do, yes and it’s really quite simple. Breakfast is two hardboiled eggs, and a cup of Greek Yogurt, honey and fruit. Lunch is usually roast chicken or turkey with no additives, quinoa and tomato salad. For dinner I usually do something like brown rice pasta with arugula and light tomato sauce.
Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hairs. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hairs to make them look so stunning?
Ms. Izzie Merey: Thank you very much! I sleep with fresh lemon spritzed on my face for a natural peel and cover that up with Egyptian Magic lotion (which you can find in any WholeFoods store.) Then twice a year I go in to get my Derma Roller treatment on the face and neck at the renowned Beverly Hills clinic, AMA Skincare. For my hair, my trusted stylist Bryan Cummins keeps my conditioning treatments up to date while touching up my hair color and forcing me to do hair cuts to keep my hair healthy year round. Very important!
